This charming child’s tea set dates to the late 1940’s, early 1950’s. It is marked red  “Made in Japan”, indicating post occupation years (until 1952). The set has 4 tea cups, 4 saucers/luncheon plates, tureen, serving platter/tray, sugar bowl, creamer, teapot. The delicate floral motif is reminiscent-of Victorian designs. No chips cracks or breaks. This is the perfect size for a little girls tea party with her friends or mother. This is-not a doll size set.
